Why do I see "This cluster requires that your MathWorks account is associated with a MATLAB Parallel Server license that is managed online" when trying to validate my cluster?

When using an MATLAB Parallel Server on demand license, you must log in as someone who is listed as a Licensed End User on the license. Administrators will not be able to authenticate with their credentials. If the administrator also needs to use the cluster then they should also be added as a Licensed End User.
