How to find Viscoelastic process time constant

From Matlab help : Time constant in the transfer function relating pipe internal diameter to pressure variations. With this parameter, the simulated elastic or viscoelastic process is approximated with the first-order lag. The parameter is determined experimentally or provided by the manufacturer.

I don't think the library blocks allow you to change the pipe diameter (hence volume) as a function of the pressure. You may need to be creative to get the behavior you described. Here is a thought:

The load on the mechanical converter can come from the relation between diameter/volume and pressure.
