How i indicate the weights and bias to begin neural network ?

how I can set my weights and bias in the FIT neural network (fitnet), previously it gave me a good fit but I ran out of iterations, I want to know a command to restart the neural network with the constants previously found.
PLEASE HELP, i am a noob in NN XOXO
