When I try to create a new support request, I just receive a "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups" email, and support request is not created.
What exactly I do:
- I press "Create new service request" button on "My Service Requests" page
- select "Technical Support: Installation, product help, bugs, suggestions or documentation errors"
- select "Product help, bugs, suggestions or documentation errors"
- enter some text
- press submit.
I receive a message:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.
nothing changes on "My Service Requests" page.
