How can I manually remove files in the required file list in the Matlab Compiler 2015b?

The compiler app correctly determines all the file dependencies in my standalone application. However, there are some files there that I know will never be called. I can of course remove them in the code but it is a bit complicated. According to the documentation you can simply delete the files in the list: http://se.mathworks.com/help/compiler/specifying-additional-files-to-be-installed-with-the-application.html
This works but then the dependencies seem to be recalculated and the file appear again. Is there some way of manually invoking the dependency calculation?

Thank you for your answer. Yes I realize I have to learn the more complicated (but with more control) way of deploying the software. /Anders
