how to implement red blood cell extraction algorithem?

i am implementing the red blood cell extraction algorithms but face many problem.can any one send it's simple code?

You forgot to attach your image with the green and brown frame icon. But I'd imagine you could just use the color thresholder app on the Apps tab. Try that. If you get the thresholds from that, you can put them into one of my nice color segmentation demos to make a nice program. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=authorid%3A31862

What version of MATLAB do you have? Do you have the big tool ribbon across the top? And on that, do you see and Apps tab? And on the Apps tab, after you click on it, do you see Color Thresholder listed? If so, click on it. If not, then you don't have a recent enough version.
