Eigenvalue analysis for Simulink model

Hi, I have a simulink model of electrical power network with several generators and loads. I am interested to carry out eigenvalue value analysis of the model respective to individual transformers eigenvalue. There is few options available like Prony analysis tool which requires .mat file , but I am not sure how I can make .mat file from the simulink file. One more option is simulink control design to analyze and find the steady state operating point. But I am not sure how I can use any of these options to find eigenvalue for my simulink model, I can't find any related instruction of using any of those options, Can anyone suggest your opinion about how to use any of those options for eigen value analysis of simulink model. thanks
