modelling custom time-varying radar cross-section (RCS)

There are a few Swerling models for fluctuating RCS modelling in phased array toolbox. However, my applications requires a custom, sinusoidally fluctuating RCS model. is there a way to achieve this in matlab?

This sounds like an interesting problem, is it possible for you to share what kind of application requires this? I'll be interested in reading some references if they are available.

For simple models, it shouldn't be too hard to do it manually in MATLAB. I gave one example in your other post, could you take a look and see if it addresses your concern? If you need more information, I'll be happy to dig further.
