Report Generator error when using Word (from template) conversion

Hello, I am creating a Word doc with Report Generator through the Report Explorer. I can generate the report when I select Report Output Type File Format: Word Document (RTF). However, if I use "Word (from template)", even if I select the default Word template, I get the following error message: Document conversion failed. Unexpected conversion errs: Invalid image path. Path error: Unknown exception. Image path: C:\Users\jmden\Documents\MATLAB

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions of what I need to fix. I am not a highly skilled programmer but my work would be greatly improved by this report generation capability.

Please attach an example of a setup file that illustrates this problem.

Have you tried to change the address? It looks like you only get error becasue your address of image is not valid.

I am having the same error in 2020. The only workaround I have found is on the GUI of the report generator, in the corresponding image block, to enable "copy to local report files directory". Hope that helps someone.
