how to do the image matching for bus number detection??

my project is about detect the bus number, but now i need to do the matching to detect the bus number "70" , how to do the image matching? ps:the big image is my database,i need to use the small image(at the below) match with my database.

You know, you can just _edit_ postings to change URLs.
