Add-On not supported on my 32-bit platform

I am attempting to download the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox but it requires a 64-bit system. I am using R2015b which still has the 32bit compatibility but I cannot download the Toolbox. Is there any previous 32-bit versions I can somehow obtain?

I am also using the 2015b and I want to add arduino package in it. Can you please suggest me how can I get that for version 2015b?

Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox was supported on Windows 32 -- but you would have a difficult time finding specific statement to that effect.

What I suspect is happening is that you are asking to download the R2016a Statics and Machine Learning Toolbox. What you should do instead is visit https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/select_release after logging in to your Mathworks account that is attached to the license. On the right hand side of the page, you can then choose an "Earlier Release" to download; click on R2015b and follow from there. You might need to download the general installer and then in that installer click to install Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox

This assumes you already have a license for Statistics and Machine Learning; if you do not then you will need to go through Mathworks Sales to buy (or trial) a license for the previous release. You should still be able to buy licenses for R2015b, at the very least until R2016b is released (and I am not sure how much after that.)
