Installation Error Arduino support package Matlab R2015b

Hi!

I'm getting the following error when downloading or installing the Arduino Support package for Matlab R2015b.

Error:Confirm Error: The application encountered an unexpected error and needs to close. You may want to try re-installing your product(s). More information can be found at C:\Users\Mong\AppData\Local\Temp\mathworks_Mong.log (Note: Mong is my username)

OR

Error: The application could not connect to MathWorks. For more information on resolving this issue, see this Support Article: http://www.mathworks.com/pi_ce_pi_R2015b_win64

OR

When I try to install or download again, sometimes it says "zip file is empty".

Everything is fine until I tick on the Arduino Package and then click Download. It actually starts downloading but will not finish because the error message will pop-up.

I need to fix this asap to meet my project submission. Thanks!

If you are using Kasperov anti-virus you will likely need to turn it off while you do the downloading. Kasperov does not get along well with downloads of R2015b.

I have also seen a much smaller number of reports that Avast! might interfere with downloads of R2015b.

Thanks Walter. But my antivirus was turned off prior to download and installation.
