How do you move matlab folders that are located in downloads folder?

I recently installed Matlab to my computer and the folders "_temp_matlab_R2016a_win64" and "MathWorks" ended up in my downloads folder. I prefer it to not have it there and am wondering how I can remove it or move it to someplace else where like other programs usually end up, like in c/programs or ...user/documents folder.

I don't know what the "MathWorks" folder is, but the "_temp..." folder was created when you ran the installer (e.g. matlab_R2016a_win64.exe). You can move it like any other folder using the Windows Explorer (e.g. right-click on the folder, click copy, then paste it wherever you want), but honestly I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If you already installed MATLAB using the files in the _temp folder, then you can probably just delete the _temp folder. The actual files that are executed when you run MATLAB should most likely already be located in a directory similar to other programs (mine are in C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016a, for example).
