NTC Thermistor and PT1000 calibration

Hello, I'm a newbie with Matlab and Simulink and also a student, I tried to calibrate my thermistor and also a PT1000 for a thermal solar collector project and it was a fail so now I ask u some help. For both I use a divider bridge with the same resistor value.

Here is my Matlab file with Fcn2 (the bottom window) the voltage/resistance conversion and the top one (Fcn3) with the Beta coefficient formula 3866,32 is the Beta coefficient 10 000 is the resistance value for 25°C and also the resistance value of my divider bridge resistance.

I need some help to know where I failed in my program and also I need help for the PT1000, I searched for a documentation on how to make it work but I found no clear help and no documentation
