How to get detectPeopleACF function in matlab R2013a version?

I am using Matlab R2013a version, now i need to use detectPeopleACF function which is available in R2016a. I tried to download the update but my license file is not working and not able to update it? any help in this regard, this function is available in computer vision toolbox?

If you have an R2016a license then you should contact Mathworks for free installation support.

If you do not, then you will either need to upgrade to R2016a, or you will need to get a job with Mathworks and get permission to back-port the function (and all associated functions it relies on) to R2013a.

The problem here is i do not have license for R2016a, I am student and want to do my research work so if there is any other workaround of it? I tried student version release but not succeeded as i am getting No Licensed Products error.

You will either need to upgrade to R2016a, or you will need to get a job with Mathworks and get permission to rewrite the new code to work with R2013a. Or use the references listed near the bottom of http://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/ref/detectpeopleacf.html to write the code yourself.

I am not getting any error while running my current Matlab version, i am facing issue while downloading Matlab R2016a student version because i do not have license association.
