matlab R2016a has stopped working

I have deleted and downloaded several times the MATLAB R2016A and everytime i try to use it , a message appear : MATLAB R2016a has stopped working. how can i solve this issue ? thank you in advance

Contact MATLAB support. Do you have a current license? We are not MATLAB customer support here.

You can also send an email to support@mathworks.com but I really don't recommend it since that will be so very much slower than just calling them on the phone. Installation help is free for everyone including those with the Student Suite.
