How can I make one axis double logarithmic scale for Gumbel extreme value plot?

I want to plot probabilities versus significant wave heights to obtain extreme values of higher return periods with Gumbel (ft-1) and the relation must be linear for this. So x-axis must be maken double logarithmic. Sample chart is attached.
