How do I get MATLAB to totally evaluate it.

It looks like a Symbolic Math Toolbox result.
Use the vpa function:
B1v = vpa(76533567789*cos(665434345667778/334545654433775)/65343456677)
B1v =
-0.47574155170905596534680626064073
