How to model an hybrid Phasor/Discrete simulation ?

Hi everyone , I watched the webinar "Electrical Distribution System Modeling and Analysis in MATLAB and Simulink" , exists a Section named : Hybrid Phasor/EMT simulation ,which is possible to find an interface to send/receive information between 2 models. I was trying to run an example but I am not able to find the blocks ilustrated in the attached file , in addition the RMS block has an one cycle delay . Please help me
