Check if input status has changed over time period x

I have a boolean input that I need to monitor status over time period X. If status has changed I would trigger bit.

Matt - please provide some context. Where is this input coming from? What bit would you trigger?

Not very sure about your use case, but seems like the attached demo model could be helpful. Use the 'Detect Change' block. As the input signal, I have given a boolean random number which I have created in Workspace.
