I have applied confusion matrix on my images,now I want to export that data(True positive,False positive etc. values) to an excel file. After having all these values in excel file for different different images I have to apply summation operation on them.

Hallo Ekta,
this is an example to save excel file on multiple sheet
filename = [path 'YourFile.xlsx'];
xlswrite(filename, Matrix{6,1}(:, 1:NClusters),'Sheet1');
xlswrite(filename, Matrix{7,1}(:, 1:NClusters),'Sheet2');
....
Where Matrix{}() is your selection
