how to set cplex options

Dear all, I'm trying to solve integer programming problem from cplex, but I have problem with setting the options. I need to read number of nodes for the output. can any one help me, see the options.

options = cplexoptimset('Display', 'on', 'MaxNodes', 400);
or
options = cplexoptimset('mip.limits.nodes', 400, 'mip.strategy.search', 1);
with
[x,fval,exitflag,output] = cplexbilp(c,A,b,Aeq,beq,lb,ub,options);

it gives error. many thanks.
