Does the scope have a serial, ethernet or GPIB interface? If so, most likely. You will need to look up the scope's programmer's manual for the SCPI commands specific to your scope. You can modify the example here to work for your instrument.

Thanks for answering again. I wrote the code but i didn't get any data. It appears the same warning: Unsuccessful read: A timeout occurred before the Terminator was reached. Looking at mathworks i realized that my oscope (YOKOGAWA DL708E) is not on the list os compatible oscilloscopes... So maybe is a driver problem? In this situation, should i give up trying and get another oscope?

I would suggest contacting Yokogawa for the SCPI manual of this scope. I could not find anything online except for these examples written in quick basic.
You will need to transcode them from quick basic to MATLAB. That said, it is definitely required to get a programmers/SCPI manual if you want to do anything more.
