Click in the ribbon on the field "Request Support". Login to your Matlab account. The points "Manage Licenses" and "Purchase products" look perfect. If this does not help you, please add any details to your question. Finally consider to ask MathWorks directly by contacting the sales team. The "Contact Us" link on this page is a good point.
