Query Regarding to the trial product for student version 2016

I have downloaded the Trial version for student version 2016. WhenI tried to run my code which uses image processing and machine learning toolboxes it got stuck and shows busy for hours and not showing any error or warning. But i have got the output for the previous version (Matlab 2015) . Kindly go through the issue and please provide a solution for this. It is urgent!

Also I would like to know is there any problem like this will exist, if I install the license version?

While I wonder if there is a Student Version trial and why a student needs urgently change a working release R2015x to R2016a - I suggest debugging in the editor as first step. I expect you can narrow it down to either one FOR loop that doesn't work as you expect or a command that consumes a lot of time. Why it worked in an older release is of course a puzzle.
