how to store weights after neural network training ?

hello after I have trained my neural netowrk completely using the gui and tested its performance through error in the testing and validation set how do i store the weights ? weights from input to hidden and from hidden to output .I am asking in the case of patternet.

And one more thing how do I use these weights to reproduce the same classification results on the data set whenever I am creating a a new pattenrent network ? How to do that using matlab?
