Yes, ver.
This forum is not the MATLAB command line.
If you do not have MATLAB installed at all, then you need to contact your IT person or contact Mathworks to find out your license number.

At the MATLAB command line give the command
ver
One of the first four lines will display your license number if you have a licence number .
Student licence and trial licence do not have a licence number . Pre-release licence do have a licence number but it will not display in this command.

What kind of license do you have?
Did you purchase it yourself, or is an organization providing it to you?

The ver command should show it to you. Did you try it? If not, why not? If you did, you should see something like
>> ver
--------------------------------------------------------------
MATLAB Version: 9.9.0.1467703 (R2020b)
MATLAB License Number: 123456
