How do I change a license from an Individual license to a Designated Computer?

I'd like to switch a license from being an individual license to a designated computer license. How do I make that change? The license has been deactivated from all machines.

It would not hurt to delete the license files; see https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/99147-where-are-the-license-files-for-matlab-located

Once you have the new license associated with your account, go through the activation process again; see https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/99457-how-do-i-activate-matlab

You can no longer make this change as an administrator. You have to contact mathworks technical support.

Is it possible I change it at License Center page from your wedside?

Or any other way to change it ?
