Vertical lines in legend using hline and vline

Hello, Thanks for reading the post. I recently downloaded the vline and hline file from the exchange. I have a strain vs time plot. I currently have a time of about 2 months. I am using vline to plot a vertical line at every 24 hours from the first 06:00 until the end of the plot time. I am trying to put just a name of what the 'green' vertical lines are on the plot or the vline function. If any guidance could be provided on this it would be greatly appreciated.

**Sorry I am trying to add what the vertical lines are in the legend of the plot. So I would like the legend to read Time=06:00. I should note that there is already a legend created naming where each of the strain data is coming from. If uploading the code/data would help please let me know and I will do so. Thanks again
