What is the matlab compiler 64 bit for Matlab 2016b?

When I try to choose the compiler with mex -setup command, Matlab 2016b doesn't have any. So, is there a 64-bit compiler? is it free?

Some of the supported compilers are free. Which one to use depends upon your operating system (which you did not mention.)

Thanks for the answer, I use a Windows 7 64-bit OS and need to work with dSpace TargetLink 4.1. On your link I've read that MinGW 4.9.2 is free and I think it's the best for my needs, thank you.
