Simulink turning a Flag on and off

I have an input that once a threshold reaches, it is supposed to set a (flag) value to one. At that point a routine is suppose to start that slowly decreases the input to a lower threshold. I want to set the flag at that point to 0.
Can someone help with how I would approach this?
