centroid distance calculation at 10 degree

In centroid contour distance calculation after segmenting image and calculating distance and angle from centroid to each boundary pixel how to subsample inorder to get indexes only at every 10 degrees.

If the boundary is not convex then there may be multiple solutions at any given angle.

Segmentation boundaries are usually not convex.
