can anyone explain the elements of cell which is formed when we use the instruction liftwave for integer to integer transform

while performing integer to integer transform , i am using the instruction liftwave('db2','int2int') which forms a cell of {3,3}... can anyone explain the meaning of different vaues shown in the cell...Also explain how and why cell size varies with type of wavename. like for db2 cell size is 4x3 whereas for db4 its 6x3..please help
