Hi Krishnendu,
Could you clarify your question? Are you asking how to generate a graphic of a wheel, and then rotate the graphic? Or would you like to know how to make a video (e.g. AVI) file out of something you already have?
Cheers,

And also make sure it is clear if you really use MATLAB and not Simulink.
the wheel will be rotated,nt the graphics.i dnt know how to create a graphics of wheel, then rotating it so far.so,i need something very ready.by the way the wheel will rotate according a given speed, suppose 2000rpm.

If you already know how to make your individual pictures of your simulated wheel, then perhaps the FAQ will help: http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#How_can_I_create_a_movie_from_my_MATLAB_figures.3F
If you don't even know how to create the simulation to create even a single picture in the first place, then say so. If it's a homework assignment, then also say so.
