Like this?
a=[1;2;3];
b=[4;5;6];
c=[7;8;9];
d = [a';b';c'];
d = reshape(d, [9 1]);
Output:
d =
1
4
7
2
5
8
3
6
9

It's still the same approach.
a=rand(335,1);
b=rand(335,1);
c=rand(335,1);
d=rand(335,1);
e=[a';b';c';d'];
e = reshape(e, [1340 1]);
