Need code to develop a GUI using guide that implements image segmentation methods... Please help really urgent!!!

Check this link, there are many color segmentation methods on Star Slider File Exchange http://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=authorid:31862. You may understand and make an gui out of them.
