file not found when running the codes

Hi, I am running my codes and getting the following massage:

Error using xlsread (line 132) XLSREAD unable to open file 'short.xlsx'. File 'C:\Users\Mariam\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DIa0.179\short.xlsx' not found.

I loacted my data in in c:\matbla so I do not now why is not seeing it. additionally there is no such thing Appdata, local in my c. I only found Temp but there is no Rar$a0.179 in it as the massage shows. how to deal with this please?

Run the code in the folder where excel file is present. It is a path problem.
