How to determine MPC warming-up time

I'm wondering what determines MPC's warming-up time?
Say we have MPC with model order of 10, prediction horizon of 20 and control horizon of 5 samples. What number of steps would be in this case warming-up "time"?

What exactly do you mean by "mpc warm-up time"? Can you please elaborate?
