2D Fast Fourier Transform

Hi everyone, I have a problem of doing the * 2D FFT*. So can anyone help me write the * code*? I attached here the sample data set and the contour plot of it. The X is time delay in * femtosecond*, the Y is wavelength in * nanometer*, and Z is in arbitrary unit. Thank you very much
