I don't get desired values in neural network? please help..

I have a problem with neural network results. length is the feature for a dataset with 3 samples. i have 10 sample set each with 3 features. i have trained a neural network with fitnet for the dataset b2:d11 with target e2:e11 in the excel file attached. after training i tested with the values which was given as input itself and also other values, but i do not get the expected target or even near target values. exampple i should have got values nearer to 1 in g2:i2, 6 in g7:i7 cells in excel. should i add more number of data so that the neural network may train better. but i have only limited samples. is there any other possibility.
