Hello,
Thanks for your attention to my question.
Why MATLAB executables run much slower than their actual scripts in MATLAB environment? Being a little slower probably make sense, of course. Is there a way to publish MATLAB executables which run really fast?

MATLAB executables have to initialize MCR each time they start, which should be a time very close to what is required to start up MATLAB itself.
When you use a script on an already-running MATLAB, all of the initialization has already been done.
The MATLAB Production Server product is designed to reduce the effect of this.
