weighted least square for mixed model anova

Hi, I want to run a mixed model ANOVA on data with one factor between subjects -with 5 levels- and the other within subjects -with 2 levels, but the assumption of homoscedasticity is violated. I would like to use the method of weighted least square in order to reduce this bias. Does anyone have suggestions?
