Matlab watershed -> agglomerative clustering -> update boundaries

When I run watershed and regionprops I get boundaries in an image. Then I run agglomerative clustering to cluster these watershed regions. But how can I display the updated boundaries ?

anyone can tell me how i can update the boundaries ? I run watershed to get the clusters. Then I run agglomerative clustering on all these clusters and I want to see the updated boundaries. Help please.

What function does "agglomerative clustering"? And, what form are your boundaries in?
