dll problem when I start matlab (MSI, Windows10)

Hello everyone,
I have this error when I start matlab: " Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2016b\bin\win64\hgbuiltins.dll' Error in connector.internal.autostart.run " The most frustrating thing is that yesterday all worked very well. I tryied to re-install the software but it didn't worked.
Somebody have a solution?

This issue can be caused making changes to the Java and library class paths in the preferences directory. Check to make sure that any changes to these paths are correct. Alternatively, regenerating the user's preferences may resolve the issue.
The following link suggest how to regenerate preference directory.
If the above suggestion does not work. Try
(1) Uninstall MATLAB.
(2) Delete the Mathworks folder here (C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks).
(3) Clear the files in the "tempdir" (C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Temp).
(4) Reinstall MATLAB.
