Need to find image restoration working examples

Hi I need to find some working examples of image restoration. Can anyone help me ? Basically, I want to identify the damaged area of the image, identifying the pixels around the area and fill it out ? If not anyone can tell me the working example for that can be available. Target damaged images as below.

Like I said in your duplicate post . . ."That's called inpainting. Create a mask by detecting the white area(s), then use imregionfill()."
