How to implement a sine wave with linearly changing frequency in Simulink?

Hi everyone!
I was trying to implement in Simulink a sine wave that changes its frequency linearly between 0 [Hz] and 50 [Hz] in a specific time t=1s. And after 1s f=50Hz.
My method does not work. frequency is increased above 50 Hz before 1s. And after 1s is equal to 50Hz. What is wrong?
