Convert XYZ in ECEF frame into Navigation frame (ENU)

I'm using a block in Simulink to get XYZ coordinates of an aircraft in ECEF frame from Lat, Long, Alt of a GPS. How can I transform XYZ from ECEF frame to XYZ in navigation frame (Frame of aircraft motion) ?
