How to set up UART Communication between Simulink and Microchip?

Hi, I am using the dsPIC33EP512MU810 processor, along with MPLAB x IDE v3.50 and XC 16. I have the Explorer 16 Development Board. I attached the Figures with the following info:
Figure 1. Simulink Model Figure 2. UART Configuration Figure 3. External Mode Setup Figure 4. Error
After I compile (without errors) my simulink model and I click in "Connect to Target" I have the error in the Figure 4.
Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?
