how to install LS SVM in matlab toolbox?

I was wondering whether LS-SVM toolbox can be install in Matlab R2014a toolbox and how to install it because I was hoping I could use it in GUI in Matlab. Thanks in advanced.

OH i have matlab 2019 and i dont know either how to install LS SVM toolbox
