Forgot your password? clickable option is not respoding in Log in procces

I have licensed university account for Matlab installation, while installing, it is asking me to login and input password. I have written down my account and password but it shows service error window. I might have forgotten my password and when I click on * Forgot your password?* it doesn't work. I can't change my account password as it is in Korean. I usually access my university account through my e-class login and password. How to solve this problem? Can I directly receive email from Matlab (mathworks.com)for changing password Thank you!
